I use these teeth to smile and eat. Oh how I love to eat. Crackers, bread, cheese, blueberries, yogurt, pizza crust -- you name it, it's all getting in there and being mulched by old Bitey and Snappy. Like a reverse chipmunk or somethin'.

Look at me! I'm taking a bath with my big bro!

I am a big girl now.  I don't need to take a bath in a baby tub anymore, I can take a bath in the big tub.  The other night, me and Sammy took a bath together.

Sammy's the best big brother, he showed me how to wash and rinse, and I ate the bath toys.

Speaking of eating, I can eat real food now.  Here's when me and grandma and grandpa Steve went to El Toro Loco.  I am eating a quesadilla!  Well, sucking on the quesadilla anyway.

Sometimes when things aren't going my way, I let mom and dad know it.  I figured out that if I cry loud enough, the person I want to pick me up will pick me up.  Of course, sometimes, I'm not so passionate about getting picked up, here's me suggesting that I get picked up, but then being interested in a toy.

Finally, Here I am wearing Sammy's monkey ears from his first Halloween.  I am almost as old now as he was then.

9 months is time enough to develop a great smile

I'm 9 months old now, and though I'm still a tad demanding, I'm awfully cute.  I can babble a little

And I can squeal

But mostly, I'm very cute

And an update of sorts --

It's been a while, but I popped out my first 2 teeth (bottom front) a couple of weeks ago

Also, I'm eating solids now.  Thank you thank you.

Catching up

Daddy's sorry about not posting anything lately.

I had a pretty momentous month

I started day care, mom went back to work. Daddy and I get a lot of quality time in the morning.

And that's cool.

Plus I started holding onto my toys and putting in my mouth.  They taste pretty good.

But I still manage to get in my ZZZZzzzzzz's.

I also started sitting up (sort of).  I mean I can keep balance but only if I'm leaned way forward.



Me and big brother are starting to really get along now.

Last weekend, mom and dada took me to the punkin patch in Half Moon Bay.

With all this excitment, it's a wonder I can get my beauty sleep in.
